Annual Well-Woman Care/Preventive Services with Pap Smear
According to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), pap screen should commence at age 21 with re-screening every 3-5 years depending on age and risk factors. We provide a personalized well-woman physical exam to include pap smear and labs as needed within the comforts of your home.
First Prenatal Care with Nutrition Guidance
Whether it is your first pregnancy or fourth, you deserve a provider that will spend time listening to all of the first trimester worries and challenges. We are here to provide the much-needed support you will need during these times. Keep in mind that we do NOT attend births at present but can provide guidance with birth planning and delivery locations. Skip the waiting room and work with us!
Prenatal Follow-Up Visits
How does delivering prenatal care within the comforts of your home sound? We provide personalized, one-on-one in-home supplemental prenatal services if you are unable to make your regular clinic appointments with your primary provider. This is also an opportunity to include your family in your care. We have streamlined sharing of health records through our client portal for continuity of care with your primary provider. You can also choose to continue your prenatal and postpartum care with us.
Postpartum Visits with Lactation Support
We know that motherhood can be quite exciting and challenging all at the same time. Because we want you to spend as much time as possible enjoying your bundle of joy, we bring the caring to you. We provide routine postpartum checkups, breastfeeding support, and postpartum depression screening where you are the most comfortable. Family participation is highly recommended.
STD, Vaginal Infection, and Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Screening and Treatment
Is it an STD or a UTI or a simple vaginal infection? Let us help you determine what’s wrong with ‘down there’. The weekend should not cause you to delay treatment. We’ll come to you. You should not delay something that concerns your health, especially if it involves your precious organ.
Birth Control Counseling and Prescription
Sometimes, selecting the right birth control option for you can be quite overwhelming. Let us help you! This could also be a telehealth visit depending on your risks factors, family history, and need for a blood pressure check. Please note that we do not insert IUDs at this time.
Preconception Care and Counseling
Do you need guidance on how to plan for a healthy pregnancy? Book with us! This can be a telehealth if no physical exam or pap smear is needed.
IV Hydration and Antiemetics Administration
About 80% of women experience nausea and vomiting of some sort in early pregnancy. If this is you, no need to pay a visit to the emergency room. We come to you! Your midwife is also a Certified Emergency Nurse with vast experience in IV therapy. We also have anti-nausea medicines that we administer in your IV. We may also perform lab draws and provide prescriptions.
Telehealth
If you only want to chat about how your pregnancy is going or have a pressing need that does not require a physical exam, take advantage of our telehealth services through a secure, HIPPA-compliant platform.
**Telehealth encompasses visits that do not require a physical exam. Examples include preconception care, birth control refills, prenatal check-in without the need to listen to the baby’s heartbeat, and postpartum mood check. There will be an additional charge if a home visit is required for a physical exam.**
